Return Policy

Any Tohst LLC product deemed by Tohst LLC as defective and covered by the warranty may be returned to Tohst LLC for assessment to determine if repair or replacement is necessary. Customers have a 21 day window after placing their order to return the product and request a refund. Refunds will not be issued for returns until the product has been received, inspected for damages and passed inspection. Nomad™ firepits cannot be returned once fire media (rocks) have been installed in the upper pan. See shipping policy for more information about order processing times.
