Shipping costs
Shipping cost for each Nomad™ firepit is a flat rate of $150.00 for orders shipping to customers in the lower 48 states. Products being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories are not included in the price and will need to be shipped at additional cost to the consumer. If you are outside of the lower 48 states and want a Nomad™ firepit please contact our team for a shipping quote and get it on its way to you!
Order processing times
Orders will be processed and shipped within 6 - 8 weeks of purchase and shipping tracking numbers will be provided when product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the greater Spokane WA area. The product will be available for pickup within 5 business days of purchase and a email notification will be sent to the consumer when it is available to schedule a pickup time. Customers must pick up the product on a business day and during business hours. Customers must wear a mask during on site pick-ups.
Domestic shipping options
All packages will be shipped with Fedex ground in the lower 48 states. Tracking numbers will be provided to the consumer for each product shipped from Tohst LLC. No overnight shipping options are available and shipping times will depend on shipping address.
Shipping outside continental Unites States
Products being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories are not included in the price and will need to be shipped at additional cost to the consumer. The Nomad™ firepit has been safety tested for sale within the United States and does not sell or ship to customers outside of the United States. If you are outside of the lower 48 states and want a Nomad™ firepit please contact our team to quote shipping and get it on its way to you!
Order cancelation
Customers have a 21 day period after the product has been purchased to request a refund and return the product. The Nomad™ firepit that is being returned must not have had the rock installed in the upper tray and must not have any damage to form or function. Refunds will be issued only after the product is received and inspected for damage or defects. Customer will be charged a restocking fee and shipping for the return.
Lost or damaged order
In the event of a lost or damaged order the customer must contact the Tohst Modern Living ™ team within the timeframes outlined below for valid returns. Tohst LLC must be notified of any shipping damages within 5 business days of receiving the product to claim a valid return under warranty. In the event that the product does not arrive at your location when expected please contact the shipping carrier and utilize your tracking number to locate the package. If the package is lost please contact our team and we will do our best to help!
